The Beneficiary of the project is the University of Copenhagen (UCPH), that is the largest research and education institution in Denmark: consists of 6 faculties and 100 departments/centers with more than 40 000 students and 9 000 employees. UCPH is based in basic research and research-based study programmes to achieve competitive positions at international ranking levels.

 

UCPH has a wide range of high-class facilities/centers supported by high quality staff to conduct research of excellence in all research areas. These are open to the University´s scientists and include e.g. Flow Cytometry, Animal house facilities, Center for Advanced Bioimaging (CAB) and Biocomputing Core Facility.
